Terry Barton:
Terry is a dynamic facilitator, speaker and executive coach with over twenty years of management and leadership experience in the retail, container shipping, biotech & non-profit industries. She has trained, mentored and coached thousands of professionals over recent years. In addition to her corporate experience, Terry is an Adjunct Faculty member at Chabot College in Hayward, CA. Terry brings expertise in leadership, management, communications, strategic planning, & change management.

Dietrich Thompson:
Dietrich brings strong expertise in leadership coaching, succession planning, and extensive performance management iniatives. Prior to Joining BND, Dietrich was a HR Business partner for Merck Inc where he supported several areas of pharmaceutical research and drug development. He also facilitated training sessions on topics like Employee Engagement, Team Building, and Manager Delegation to over 60 V.P. and Director level leaders each year.
