With over 20 years of experience in training, organizational change, and management, Suzanne Guthrie brings an enthusiasm and passion to her work that is well received by diverse client groups. Suzanne’s unique perspective comes from her varied experience working in both the corporate and public sectors. She has worked in marketing, management and corporate communications over the course of her career. Suzanne loves working with people and uses her coaching skills to draw out individual strengths. Her rich approach to facilitation centres on helping professionals develop new competencies and confidence that translate into enhanced performance in the workplace. Credentials

Suzanne’s formal education includes a master’s degree from The University of Toronto with a focus on organizational administration. She is a graduate of the innovative Coaches Training Institute and has studied at the post-graduate level through Harvard’s Mind Body Institute. She holds a diploma in Advanced Communications and is accredited to train in the areas of business communications, presentations, writing, emotional intelligence and resilience. She is an active member of the International Coach Federation, the National Speakers Association, and the American Society of Training & Development. Suzanne is also the editor of the newly published management development book called Managing From The Inside Out available in electronic and paper versions.
