We founded Bold New Directions with a very clear purpose in mind: to Transform People & Performance. In line with our company name, we move individuals, teams and organizations in Bold New Directions. Our Mission is to support the expansion of each individual; from their inner character traits to their real world skills. More broadly, we energize teams so that their enthusiasm & energy permeate projects and connections. Ultimately, we support organizations in becoming thriving places to work, connect and succeed. We achieve this through tapping into people’s leadership strengths, growing their business communication skills, and deepening their resilience in times of increasing challenge.

First envisioned as a transformational learning organization, Bold New Directions has grown in scope to provide training, coaching, retreats & keynotes in Canada, the United States, and abroad. We deliver public training workshops through our network of offices in Boston, Hartford, New York, Toronto, Washington, Philadelphia, Chicago, San Francisco, Los Angeles and San Diego. We also deliver private training events at corporate locations in the US, Canada and around the globe.
